05 Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Standard terms require a percentage upfront deposit. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client. The Company retains the right to use assets for promotional purposes (portfolio) and maintains ownership of pre-existing code frameworks.

07 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information disclosed during the engagement period.

08 Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

09 Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill material obligations.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

11 Changes to Terms
